Development

Once the foundational elements of a development plan are in place (see above), the next key phase is to assure that the operator, builder and financing is sufficiently sensitive to the needs and idiosyncrasies of the sponsoring church.

When will construction begin? Where will the construction HQ be positioned on church property? What kind of disruption might there be and for how long?

Given that Antioch only employs the services of architects and builders who are sensitive to and familiar with a church environment, disruptions should be at a minimum.
